Modified corn starch and Maltodextrin powder for thickening food and drinks
INGREDIENTS
Modified corn starch, maltodextrin.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Add water to the measured amount of powder, so the water becomes thick.
Stir a few seconds until a complete solution.
For the desired consistency, the amount of added powder to 100 ml of liquid should be:
- syrup consistency: ~4,5 g (one spoon)
- creamy consistency: ~7 g (one and half spoon)
- pudding consistency: ~9 g (two spoons)
